Virtual Collaborative Program for Emerging Artists (VICE)

A residency program for emerging artists by Exit 11 Performing Arts Company. Conceived during the pandemic, this program brings together artists from different parts of the world to collaborate using digital tools and asynchronous methods. The program ran in 2021 and 2022. I led and produced this residency, with help from my co-creative directors Ethan and Kevin, resulting in Peripheries — an exhibition held at Temporary Arts Center in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, in January 2023.

The Bacchae

An immersive sonic-theater adaptation of the classic Greek tragedy, with captivating original music. The Bacchae was developed remotely amidst a global pandemic with artists in eleven different time zones across nine countries. I adapted the script into an audio play.

Screenplay Reading at Research Kitchens

I directed a showcase of selected screenplay scenes from Good Farm Bad Farm by Mark Swislocki and Meet Me Halfway by Sophia Kalantzakos, showcased at NYU Abu Dhabi’s “The Transformative Power of the Anthropocene” exhibition in 2023. The exhibition was held by Research Kitchens at the NYUAD Art Gallery, engaging the transformative power of the Anthropocene as a category of analysis and focus of creative practice. This is another project produced by Exit 11 Performing Arts Company.
