I am a writer, researcher, and artist based in the Netherlands. My practice spans historical research, creative writing, and podcasting. I am open to research opportunities, artistic collaborations, as well as writing commissions.

Currently, I serve as the Research Associate of New York University Abu Dhabi’s Global Asia Initiative, where I conduct independent research on Chinese migration to the Netherlands, a project titled Chinees(ch), toch?

I hold an M.A. in History in the Public Sphere from Central European University, as well as a B.A. in History from New York University Abu Dhabi. I am fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese. I also speak basic Dutch and French.

I am also one of the co-creative directors of Exit 11 Performing Arts Company, founded in the UAE in 2018, where I worked as a performer, producer, and writer.
